I'm James Brice Arda — an AI automation specialist who turns complex, time-consuming processes into sleek, self-running systems. Whether it's wiring up tools like n8n, Make.com and Zapier, or deploying custom AI agents, I design automation that actually works.

My focus is building end-to-end pipelines — from lead generation and CRM integration to AI-powered content creation and intelligent knowledge bases. If you're doing it manually and you hate it, I can probably automate it.

The Approach

How I think about
automation.

Build for the full pipeline, not just the trigger

Every automation I build covers the complete flow — from the first webhook to the final output. I design for edge cases, branching logic, and error handling so workflows don't break silently in production.

AI belongs inside the workflow, not on top of it

I embed AI models — OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter — directly into the logic layer. Scoring leads, generating content, answering queries from a live knowledge base. AI does the thinking; the pipeline does the moving.

Real pain points drive real automation

8+ years in customer operations taught me where the manual work actually hides — ticket routing, follow-up emails, CRM updates, lead reviews. I automate the tasks people hate most, not just the ones that look impressive.

Tools are interchangeable. Logic is not.

n8n, Make.com, Zapier — the platform is a delivery vehicle. The conditional routing, data transformation, and JavaScript code nodes are where the real system lives. I build logic that works regardless of what's underneath.
